    Reactions –

    • S + O₂ → SO₂
    • SO₂ + ½O₂ → SO₃
    • SO₃ + H₂O → H₂ SO₄           
16. Liquid Sulphur tri-oxide & oleum 25% & 65% can be produce from same plant.
17. Production of chloro – Sulphonic Acid can be incorporated in same plant.
18. Tail gas scrubber is provided to take care of start-up SO₂.
19. Acid cooler with air cooling can be offered where adequate water is not available.
