7. Aarti Industries Ltd., Tarapur (Formerly known as Gopal Anand Rasayan) – Design for expanding Plant Capacity to 200 MTD from 125 MTD in two stages.
8. Aarti Surfactant Ltd., (Khanvel & Pithampur) –
a. Design & implementation & commissioning of Sulphur burning plants to produce SO3 for Sulphonation of various products.
b. Training of plant operation & safety for one year.
9. Patel Chemical, Udaipur – Implementation & Commission, Assistance provided for commissioning of Phosphoric Acid Plant. Design scrubber for SSP Plant.
10. Aarti Drugs Ltd., Tarapur –
a. Freelance Services are offered for their new project developments at laboratory, Pilot Plant design. Most of products based on SO3 Sulphonation.
b. Contract – Design + Implementation + Commissioning of 400 MTD of Sulphuric Acid + Oleum & Liquid SO3, Chloro Sulphonic Acid Plant are in process.
c. Sulphonated products under development stage will also be implement in same project
11. Orablue Pvt. Ltd., Morbi, Gujarat – Design + Implementation + Commissioning of Sulphur burning process for their SO2 base products is in progress.
Sulphuric Acid Plant with Oleum & Chloro Sulphonic Acid Plant is design to give best efficiency, maximum safety & smooth continuous operations.
It is seen that max steam generation & max power generation are obtained.
Dual Oleum Tower Technology is first time introduced in India to give max liquid SO3 production.
Equipments are design to give minimum pressure drop to reduce the overall pressure drop & hence reduction in power consumption.
We are working on Techno commercial viable solution for further improvement to produce max liquid SO3.
